Monticello, Missouri
August 30, 2006
The staff and farm families of U.S. Wellness Meats
wish to take this moment to say thank you for
all you do to make your family, church, company,
community, armed forces and your nation a better
place to call home for Labor Day weekend 2006.
As farm families, we express our appreciation for the
natural resources we have had to work with this year
and for the many blessings we take for
granted every day from our creator.
As summer colors turn into the pastels of fall, we are
most thankful for the
opportunity to manage the conversion of our forage
bases into quality
protein and healthy meals from coast to coast.
We apologize for the abrupt shortage of 6 ounce
filets. The rush was greater than we anticipated.
We have replaced them with 9 ounce filets for the duration of the
week.
Certified organic raw
grass-fed cheddar has debuted in the Amish Raw
Cheese category. We have given it kudos on the
samples we have enjoyed with relish.
We just hope our cheese maker can keep up
with demand.
We will make Thursday
shipping a rare option this
week; however, you will need to
REQUEST this rare service
via email or toll
free number below. We will need to have your
request by 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 31, 2006
to make Friday delivery a success. Only exceptions
will be 2 day remote zip codes.
With Labor Day appreciation and regards,
John, Nan, Lee Ann & Julie on behalf of the farm
families of
U. S. Wellness Meats
