Inventories of Raw Cheese, Chicken Bundles, Certified Humane Pork, Chuck Roasts, Stew Beef and Marrow Bones have been re-stocked. Due to demand the early birds will have the best selections.

The company office is domiciled in Monticello, Missouri in Lewis County which joins the Mississippi River 140 miles North of St. Louis. The company has branched from beef products only, to lamb, certified humane pork, free range chicken, grass-fed dairy, raw honey, gras s-fed bison, wild salmon, gourmet rabbit, artisan soaps and nutraceuticals.
