Monticello, Missouri
July 7, 2006
U.S. Wellness apologizes for the recent butter
shortage. We just received a large quantity of both
salted and unsalted
butter today. Supplies will be
adequate for several months without interruption.
The salted butter was judged best in show by the
American Cheese Society in 2004 and 2005. The
unsalted butter was judged number 3 in 2005. 2006
results will be forthcoming soon. It appears grazing
cows have an unfair advantage over grain-fed cows!
On the dairy front. . . . baby Swiss cheese is back in limited
supply.
Please note we have split the Grass-fed Dairy
category into two new categories representing raw cheese and
a combo of butter and bulk
grassfed pasteurized cheese.
