Spring Butter Is Here!
The pastures in Southeastern Minnesota have
performed their annual Spring revival. Our
coalition of butter producers have restocked the salted
and unsalted butter stores today. Both single
pound
salted and unsalted
are re-stocked,
plus 9
one pound salted and unsalted
are in stock. With some luck, supply should
be consistent into late Winter 2006/2007.
We would like to remind out readers that our butter
coalition took first place in the salted category and
3rd place in the unsalted category of the prestigious
American Cheese Society annual competition during
the Summer of 2005.
Ground
top sirloin twin 10 ounce patties were
re-supplied at our pic and pac center this week.
For those of you looking for the premium quality and
very lean ground beef you need to look no further.
