With ribeyes scoring in the upper percentile of Marian
Burros
New York Times mid August taste test, mentioned in
last week's news brief, we thought it fitting to
feature the ribeye bundle containing 12 fifteen
ounce
ribeyes this week.
With grilling season winding down in the colder
regions of the USA, we are complimenting the ribeye
bundle with a beef short rib bundle sale. 25 individual
one pound short ribs are in the bundle. Plenty of
time to perfect your favorite rib recipes before old
man winter makes his march across this great and
proud land.

Go Jesse go! It would be great to see an
American on the September 23rd victory stand.
