U. S. Wellness staff members Lynn Day and
John Wood sojourned to the IHRSA
2007
international convention of health, sports
and racquet clubs during the final three
days of March. U.S. Wellness was
surprised by how few in the industry
understood the difference between
conventional beef and grass-fed beef.
Hopefully, we educated a few consumers and
fitness club owners
on the grass-fed differences in CLA, omega
3's, branch
chain amino acids and vitamins A & D.
Strongman, Jon
Andersen, made an appearance
on Friday afternoon and literally stopped
traffic in front of our booth. Jon's muscle
mass has increased significantly since we
first met Jon in February of 2004. Goes to show,
100 pounds of grass-fed
beef consumed per month builds
lean muscle.
Jon also commented on how much
better he feels since he began using all 4 of the
Or-ion supplements (EFA
fish oil, liquid
concentrated minerals, liquid
vitamins, and liquid
organic calcium) in February 2007.
As many of you are aware, the Midwest has
received a dose of February weather the past
2 weeks. It came complete with record cold
temperatures and snow! We look forward to
the second half of April in hopes mother
