FLAT IRON STEAK
Ingredients
- 2 – flatiron steaks (17 ounces)
- 2 – tablespoons olive oil
- 1 – tea spoon chopped rosemary
- 1 – tea spoon parsley
- 2 – garlic cloves
- ¼ - cup cabernet sauvignon wine
- ½ - tea spoon dry mustard
- generous amount fresh ground pepper
- celtic sea salt to taste
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and marinate
flatirons for one hour
2. Grill over hot coals for a short 4 minutes per side.
Best prepared to medium rare for maximum tenderness.
