U.S. Wellness staff and farm family members
hope you all enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving
with family and friends. The USA has written
a rich history of hard work and rewarded
efforts since its humble beginnings at the
first Thanksgiving on the shores of Plymouth,
MA in 1621.
386 years later we must sincerely appreciate
the courage and fortitude those early
pioneers had to have, clinging to a
fragile toe hold on America's shores in a
very hostile and forbidding environment. 150
years later, my personal family history speaks
about the travails of just surviving the trip
through the Cumberland Gap on their way to
new land in Kentucky.
During the first quarter of 2008, U.S.
Wellness will offer fresh beef portion cuts.
The early planning suggests we will set up a
new website for the purpose of pre-ordering
fresh cuts by 10:00 the preceding Friday.
The fabrication center will cut the orders on
Monday morning and will attempt to ship Monday
or no later than Tuesday using over night
delivery.
We visualize ten to twelve packages that you
will choose from to simplify the cutting and
shipping instructions. If you have any
suggestions on what would comprise a fresh
order we would be most appreciative to have
your input in advance.
The learning curve will be steep for
fresh beef and we anticipate much fine tuning
to achieve efficiency.
The season for corporate gifts is close at
hand. Please call the office if you would
like to design a gift steak box or mixed cuts
bundle for your clients. Before the
chocolates get ordered this fall, don't
forget that meat gift boxes are a great
option. We can add gift cards etc. to
personalize your selection. December 13 is
the deadline for corporate gift box orders.
