Scott~  My wife and I feel like we are both running out of time to get into great shape this summer.  We both have experience with weight training and are what we would consider to be in good cardiovascular shape.  I would like to know what weight training routine you would suggest for us and exactly how to do it.

Beef Bacon

"A great option!"

"This was my first time trying beef bacon. The flavor is pretty much identical to pork bacon, salty and fatty. The texture is different from pork bacon, as it is thicker and meatier, and for the most part it doesn't crisp up as well as the pork bacon. I like my bacon really well done, so I do get some crispness, but not quite the same as pork bacon. I like that it doesn't have the big fatty deposits that pork bacon has. Nice for breakfast, or on a sandwich. Very good!"
