Attain Peak Performance Good nutrition and exercise go hand in hand for a healthy lifestyle. A person can eat the most nutritious foods available and still be unhealthy. Likewise, someone who exercises regularly but makes mostly poor food choices can be unhealthy. There's no getting around it, in order to attain peak performance from your mind and body, you'll need a strategy that includes nutrient rich foods and regular exercise. If you're doing one or the other, you may be surprised to learn how much potential is still locked up inside. Even top athletes can increase their performance by having the right balance of nutrition and training. If you feel like you've peaked or aren't making progress, try changing things up. It's possible your body is telling you it's tired of the same old thing. If you're eating the same foods every week, try something different to break out of the routine. If you're eating beef, try lamb or bison. If you're eating more poultry, try some seafood. It never hurts to add in some organ meat to your diet too for maximum nutrition. Mix it up and keep your body on it's toes. You'll come closer to achieving the goals you've set for yourself, whether it's taking on K2 or losing a few pounds for vacation.
