Has Spring Sprung?
After much of the country has experienced a challenging winter, cold weather seems to be on the way out. Has spring sprung? Time will tell, but we'll be glad to see old man winter take a hike. We're looking forward to green grasses, warm breezes and outdoor activities. Despite our best efforts, many of us put on a few extra pounds over the winter months. Warmer weather means more time spent outside enjoying the beauty of springtime and working off some of those extra pounds. Scott Mendelson has some tips for burning fat by changing up our diet, consuming less junk food and more healthy proteins and fats.

We make our Pemmican with grass-fed beef and tallow. Because pemmican has high concentrations of lean meat and fat, it is considered a high calorie, high-protein, and high-fat snack. When it isn’t combined with fruit, pemmican is essentially a no-carb keto-friendly treat.
