Do you ever find yourself getting into a meal rut? It's fairly common for households to have a standard menu that consists of a half dozen or so "go-to" meals. The body needs to try new foods and it certainly can help us get a diversity of nutrients. If the current menu is getting tired and worn out, seek some help from family or friends.
