Have you ever been on a farm - an honest to goodness working farm? Most people raised in small towns either had farming friends and family or grew up on a farm themselves. Farming is still vital to the US of A, and while it's often considered fly over country by some, there's a reason it's known as the heartland. Rural America is still the beating heart of the nation. America grew up agrarian, but the Industrial Revolution took root in the early 1900's and began moving much of the population to the cities where factories were springing up. While the country was growing more metropolitan, family farms continued doing what they knew best - growing food and raising livestock. Johnny Wood is a sixth generation cattle farmer for US Wellness. US Wellness farmers raise livestock in much the same way as their great-grandparents did. Some may think we're "old-fashioned", but we're OK with that. Our farm families know what sets them apart from factory farming operations. This "old-fashioned" or nature-friendly approach means our patrons get to enjoy healthy proteins with NO chemical residues from pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers. That also means our water supplies are cleaner and the air quality better. Our farms don't use antibiotics and we certainly do not use mRNA vaccines on our animals. We also don't give our animals growth hormones to fatten them up quickly. We hope this gives you confidence in your food and your farmer. We believe these farming principles ensure we're eating clean, nutritious foods today and offers the next generation an opportunity to enjoy good foods and a healthy planet tomorrow.
Well Wishes,
Team USWM
