December Pastures
"Evening arrives early in the Midwest in early December. The cattle do not seemed concerned as they were seconds away from a new paddock of long rested forage. Hair coats are ready for winter which is just around the corner. Late Fall grass has a lot of strength after a series of light freezes which releases sugars in the plant stems which is turned into energy after cattle consumption. The cycle of life continues in all four seasons of the year."
