Healthy Ingredients
One of the healthiest things we can do for ourselves and our families is to find the best available ingredients for meals. Remember that what our food eats finds it's way into our diet, whether fruits, vegetables, or meat. Produce that has been sprayed with pesticides might have residues we don't want to consume. Find farms that take nutrition seriously, and won't compromise for profit. Look for produce that is raised without harsh chemicals, synthetic additives, pesticides and herbicides. It takes some due diligence to find like minded farms. You'll notice many of the small organic producers have been gobbled up by big food conglomerates. That doesn't always bode well for the quality of the product. Fortunately, there is usually another producer that will step in and fill that space. From the very beginning of US Wellness Meats over 23 years ago, our farms have always had the same philosophy - if our animals are eating right, we're eating right.
