Thanksgiving Fellowship...

This is the time of year to count our blessings. In the old days, when our ancestors were much more dependent on fall harvests to get through the winter, there may have been more anxiety. The holidays now can be stressful, but imagine also having to worry about collecting enough food for the family, firewood or oil as fuel for heat and how to store these materials, as well as dealing with less sunlight, illness, etc. Today, we have online shopping, brick and mortar stores, electricity, modern shelters with insulation, and warm clothes. We certainly have a lot to be thankful for these days, even when the holidays bring additional anxiety.

The holidays are an opportunity to reflect and appreciate our blessings. First and foremost, from our family here at US Wellness to your family...THANK YOU!
