US Wellness staff
has had personal experience with all three products
on the website. We have taken the concentrated
minerals since 2004 with vitamin and organic calcium
usage commenced after we were satisfied with the
concentrated minerals. I, John Wood, can personally
attest to miniscule number of health issues since

Strongman Jesse Marunde competing at Fit Expo |

Strongman Jesse Marunde will be competing
at the Fit
Expo in Pasadena, CA on February 17, 18 and
19th. This contest will bring in a elite field of
strongmen organized by the legendary Odd Haugen.
If you live in Southern California be sure and
mark your calendar. Jesse recently placed 2nd in the
World Strongman Cup Finals in Khanty Mansyisk,
Siberia. Great job for an American!

Strongman Jon Andersen to pull bus during Super Bowl |

Stayed tuned for Super Bowl Sunday as
Strongman
Jon
Andersen will be pulling a large bus during an
ESPN2 commercial during the Super Bowl. Apparently
14 athletes will be shown in action performing 14
specialized sports.
Jon indicated the skate board
person kept falling off of his skate board requiring the
heavy bus to be pulled too many times until the
shoot
was complete!

Recipe: The Best Meat Loaf |

The Best Meat Loaf
Total Preparation and Cooking Time:
1 hr & 15
minutes
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1 small onion – finally chopped
1 1/2 tbls Worcestershire sauce
2 tbls tomato paste
2 generous tbls instant vegetable broth powder
(frontier brand)
2 or 3 dashes of Tabasco brand Chipolte sauce
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 lbs. ground beef
Preparation:
1. Combine eggs, bread crumbs, celery, onion,
Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, vegetable broth
powder and seasonings in bowl and mix well.
2. Add ground beef and mix well
3. Shape into 2 loaves
4. Place into 9 X 12 inch baking dish
5. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.

Our new format enacted in April 2005 requires a
$75 minimum purchase and a 7 pound minimum
combined purchase of
beef,
lamb,
pork,
raw cheese,
single piece poultry, and
butter.
The issue is the bulk chicken, bison and ten pound
cheese originates from separate cold storage centers
where those products are produced. It is not
efficient to ship one package of beef as a stand
alone item when the balance of the order originates
400 miles away.
The shopping cart will keep track and remind you if
you are under the 7 pound limit for a combination of
beef, lamb, pork, raw cheese and butter
purchases.
