Learning To Fly

Usually it's from a close relative who loves to cook or who has a special knack for making memorable meals. We're thrilled to have Featured Chef Katie Kimball this month, sharing some of her amazing recipes. Katie has made it a priority to teach children to cook at an early age. Kids love to be involved in making food and its a perfect opportunity to pass along a legacy of appreciating the value of good nutrition. As Guy Fieri says in the above quote, children taught to cook have a new means of expression and independence. In a sense, when young people learn how to cook, they're really learning how to fly!
