If you haven't already, now is the time to order your favorite main dish for early spring holidays. Passover and Easter are coming up fast. If you're looking forward to a savory, grass-fed, pasture-raised centerpiece, please have your orders in by 10AM Wednesday 4/5. If you're responsible for the main dish, we have a few ideas to consider that are sure to evoke "oohs and ahhs" from all around the table. 1. Standing Rib Roasts - available in a variety of sizes up to 7-Rib Roast clocking in at 11.2 lbs. 2. Whole Primal Beef Tenderloin - this is a smaller roast at 2.75 lbs, but nothing compares for delicious melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. 3. Whole Primal Beef Inside Round - this is our biggest roast and will feed a small army at 15 lbs. This is an inexpensive cut per pound, but does require a slow cook or smoke for tenderness. Slice this thin for a real treat. 4. Lamb Shoulder Roast - These grass-fed lamb roasts are 4 lbs and make a beautiful centerpiece. 5. Whole Leg of Lamb - Averages 5.8 lbs and will light up the room with smiles. Perfect for any holiday! 6. Pastured Ham - We have a few varieties to choose from and all are smoked to perfection and sugar-free. We have a 2 lb mini ham already cooked and ready to heat and serve. This is an excellent one to slice. We also have large centerpiece 13-16 lb bone-in hams. All of these selections are raised on sustainable farms and are sure to delight the family with flavor and nutrition!

Once a month, we offer patrons the opportunity to enjoy fresh, never frozen, chilled beef delivered right to your door! Restaurants and families love these chilled beef bundles because the meats arrive ready to cook or refrigerate...no thawing is necessary. Order by Friday, 4/7, and we'll ship your fresh bundle on Wednesday, 4/12.
Shipping
Our normal shipping schedule is Monday - Wednesday. Any order placed after 10 am (CST) Wednesday will ship the following week. Most orders are delivered to your door within 24-48 hours of leaving our facility. Shipping is free, but we do charge $9.50 on every order regardless of size to help defray the cost of packaging materials. We answer more questions on our Discover Blog Shipping FAQs page.
