Salute!
Last week an election was held. We don't have a monarchy ruling here in the United States. Although we see the same people hold power in DC for decades, there isn't a king or queen sitting on a throne. Men and women nearly 250 years ago, who had taken the dangerous boat ride across the the Atlantic Ocean, decided they had been taxed, over-regulated, and treated as serfs long enough. The Boston Tea Party took place at the Harbor in Boston, Massachusetts on December 16, 1773. That act of rebellion against the crown was the start of something of an experiment the likes of which had never been known. Our forebearers put their lives on the line to make a statement in favor of individual freedom and liberty. Nearly two years later on April 19, 1775, the first shots were fired at Lexington and Concord, Massachusetts. From that moment on, history would be changed. Debates raged about the kind of government America should have. Once the dust had settled, a constitutional republic was determined to have won the day. Benjamin Franklin famously told Elizabeth Willing Powel, a prominent social figure in Philadelphia, that they had decided upon a republic..."if you can keep it", he said. Franklin estimated it would take a lot of work to maintain this type of government that Lincoln later described as "of the people, by the people, for the people."
In the nearly 250 years since those first shots were fired, our country has endured many wars. Some here and some overseas. Every time war or conflict breaks out, young Americans sign up to protect the freedoms we all enjoy. This is not to say that war is good. Anyone who has fought in a war might beg to differ. It is to say that there are always unselfish people who stand up and present themselves as living sacrifices, so the next generation will be able to continue enjoying the fruits of liberty. It's a choice veterans have made to protect something we all should hold very dear. As we approach Veteran's Day tomorrow Monday, November 11, 2024, take a moment to consider this sacrifice and all of the families who have given up so much over 250 years to ensure that this grand experiment was not in vain.
We offer our sincere thanks and gratitude to veterans who served this country with honor, and those who still serve in uniform today. God bless!
All the Best, Team USWM

Shocking New Ingredient in Plant-Based Meat Alternatives By Dr. Sears
I remember staying at my grandparents’ farm when I was growing up. I’d wake up to the smell of steak and eggs and race down the stairs to be the first at the table. Your grandparents most likely ate this way, too. But today, it’s a different story. Big Agra, mainstream medicine, and the media have all declared war on traditional protein-rich foods. As a result, you’ve been forced onto a radical, unhealthy, inflammatory, disease-producing diet without your consent. Then in 2016, the War on traditional foods took a drastic new turn.
November 2024 Featured Chef

Cheeseburgers, steak, eggs, bacon, and full fat dairy. I’m a carnivore." — Terri Haas This week, Terri prepares her amazing recipe for Gyros with Carnivore Wraps and Tzatziki Sauce. Prepare your taste buds for delicious!
